1. Compatibility & Size
All watch bands are designed for Apple Watch. Please double-check your watch model and case size before checkout. Wrong size due to personal negligence is not eligible for free return.

2. Color & Craft
All products are photographed in kind. Slight color difference is inevitable because of lighting and device display, which is not a quality problem.

3. Daily Use Tips

• Keep metal bands away from corrosive liquid to prevent oxidation.
• Do not pull the braided and silicone straps with excessive force.
• Magnetic bands should stay away from strong magnetic objects.

4. After-sales Service
If the item arrives broken, defective or incorrect, please provide clear pictures/videos to our customer service within 48 hours. We will arrange solutions for you as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Policy
Free worldwide shipping is available for all orders. Tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.

• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
